SUMMARY:Webbinarium om frystorkens användning i kommuner
DESCRIPTION:TrueFoodS				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n		\n					\n		\n				\n				\n									Purpose and objectivesTrueFoodS operates in eight European countries and aims to strengthen sustainable\, fair\, and resilient food systems from harvest to table. The project’s objective is to reduce resource inefficiency\, empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and marginalized groups\, and increase cooperation between stakeholders. Through capacity building\, co-creation\, and harmonized policy proposals\, TrueFoodS contributes to this and to increased political coherence in line with the EU’s environmental and social goals. Planned structure and implementationThe project is implemented in six work packages covering analysis and harmonization of legal frameworks\, development of environmentally sustainable and circular post-harvest systems\, inclusive capacity building and business model innovation\, adaptive governance\, as well as communication and dissemination. Through analyses\, workshops\, training\, policy recommendations\, and co-creation\, cooperation\, sustainability\, inclusion\, and resilience in European food systems are strengthened. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									Expected effects and resultsEnvironmental: Reduction of food waste and greenhouse gas emissions through innovations that strengthen circularity and biodiversity. Social: Increased equity by empowering marginalized groups and promoting inclusive governance. Economic: Improved operational efficiency and profitability for SMEs through innovative business models.
